Ali Staton is a UK based producer/mixer, and now Dolby Atmos certified mixer
Ali has worked with a diverse group of artists including Rufus Wainwright, Madonna, Lamb and Lewis Taylor, successfully combining work on both critically acclaimed indie albums and high profile pop projects.
His work on Seal’s ’System’ album earned a Grammy nomination and Tricky’s ‘Maxinquaye’ was shortlisted for the Mercury Music Prize to add to a host of multi-platinum sales awards.
His mixes for Turin Brakes and Emeli Sandé have regularly featured on UK Radio playlists, and his production on the debut album from UK artist George Ogilvie gained widespread acclaim.
In addition to programming live shows for Rag ‘N’ Boneman, London Grammar, Lorde, Snow Patrol and Rex Orange County.
Recent projects have included producing and mixing the debut album from Bristol’s Waldo’s Gift and the newly released album from 6Music mainstays Ishmael Ensemble, including the singles ‘Madrid’, ‘Ezekiel’ and ‘Fever Dream’.
He continues to bring a wealth of experience to all his projects and is always on the lookout for challenging and inspiring musical adventures.
